Billing and subscriptions
Your Propel membership is billed and managed by Apple, not by Propel. You can view, change or cancel it any time in your iPhone settings, using the Apple Account you subscribed with.
The short version
Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Propel
You can also open Propel, go to Settings and tap Manage subscription. It opens the same Apple screen. Propel costs A$29.99 a month or A$179.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new members.
View your subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Propel to see your plan, price and next renewal date. If you are in your free trial, you will see when it ends.
Change your plan
Open Subscriptions and tap Propel as above, then choose the plan you want. Propel has a monthly plan and a yearly plan. Apple shows you the new price and when the change starts before you confirm.
Cancel your subscription
- Open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Propel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. During your free trial it says Cancel Free Trial.
- Tap Confirm.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or current period ends. Apple renews your subscription automatically unless you cancel in time.
- Deleting the Propel app or your Propel account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel first, then delete.
Refunds and receipts
Apple takes the payment, so Apple also handles refunds and receipts. To ask for a refund or check your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you subscribed with. Apple also emails you a receipt each time you are charged.
Propel never sees or stores your card details. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Can’t find Propel under Subscriptions?
- Check you are signed in to the Apple Account you used to subscribe. Open Settings and look at the name at the top.
- If you have more than one Apple Account, try the other one.
- A subscription follows your Apple Account, so it shows up on any iPhone or iPad signed in to that account.
Not billed by Apple?
Most memberships start in the Propel app and are billed by Apple, so the steps above are the ones to follow. If you subscribed another way, for example on the web, or your access was arranged for you through a coach or a tester invite, those steps will not apply. Email us and we will sort out your billing with you.

Email support
Tell us the email address you use for Propel and what you are trying to do. A screenshot of your Subscriptions screen helps. Please do not send card details or your Apple Account password.
